Heute war ich beruflich in Aachen unterwegs. Das bedeutete viel Zeit im Stau und im Auto. Nach der Arbeit, als ich wieder zu Hause war, habe ich nichts mehr gemacht. Der Muskelkater von gestern ist zwar da, aber nicht so schlimm, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Ich gehe davon aus, dass er morgen richtig reinkickt.

Am Abend habe ich wieder mit den Jungs Minecraft gespielt. Unsere Welt sieht mittlerweile ganz cool aus, und ich überlege, irgendwann mal ein Foto davon zu posten. Meine Freundin ist einen Tag früher nach Hause gekommen und hat mir einen New York Style Cheesecake mitgebracht, den ich heute Abend gegessen habe.

Kalorientechnisch lief heute alles gut. Was gab es bei mir? Mittags hatte ich einen gemischten Salat und ein Laugenbrötchen. Abends gab es den Cheesecake und Hähnchenschenkel mit ein bisschen Reis. Und das war es auch schon.

Morgen werde ich wahrscheinlich den ganzen Tag mit meiner Freundin verbringen und daher nicht ins Fitnessstudio gehen. Möge ich morgen nicht zu viel essen! 😂

I was in Aachen for work today, which meant spending a lot of time in traffic and in the car. After work, when I got home, I didn’t do much. The muscle soreness from yesterday is there, but not as bad as I expected. I’m guessing it’ll hit harder tomorrow.

In the evening, I played Minecraft with the guys again. Our world is starting to look pretty cool, and I might post a picture of it someday. My girlfriend came home a day early and brought me a New York Style Cheesecake, which I had tonight.

In terms of calories, everything was fine today. What did I eat? For lunch, I had a mixed salad and a pretzel roll. In the evening, I had the cheesecake and chicken thighs with a bit of rice. That’s about it.

Tomorrow, I’ll likely spend the whole day with my girlfriend, so I won’t be going to the gym. Hopefully, I don’t overeat tomorrow! 😂

Du schrubbst aber wirklichgut KM dieses Jahr! Und dabei ist der Februar noch nichtmal ansatzweise erreicht.
Der muskelkater wird schon kommen, da bin ich sicher. Wobei ich sagen muss, wenn du genau deine Schwelle getroffen hast wäre das natürlich richtig gut! Dann musste da nur weiter ansetzen!

Ja poste auf jeden Fall mal ein Foto. Chris als Minecraftmännchen. Hat definitiv etwas.
Schön das Anna früher nach Huase gekommen ist, noch besser, dass sie den kuchen itgebracht hat. So kann man mal gut leben.

Irgendwie hätte ich weniger Kalorien bei der aufzählung erwartet. Aber da sist schon okay, wichtig ist das Defizit am Ende. Und Das ist genau im Rahmen. Also tiptop!
SChön, dass sich da die Stabilität eingeschlichen hat, auch nach dem harten defizit gestern und der verrückten Woche zum Jahresbeginn!

Das Jahr fängt auf jeden Fall was das angeht schonmal gut an. Leider :D

Und ich hab heute tatsächlich Muskelkater. Nicht so krass wie ich es erwartet hätte, aber schon recht stark um ehrlich zu sein :D

I saw that Dustbunny came in action on my comments only once in the last 20 days...
Could you give my comments which did not get an upvote a tiny upvote, let's say two of them per day? To see what a difference that could make and at what point the bunny would stop to fluff? !LUV !PIZZA !DIY

Maybe the #dustbunny bot looks at which user with some #dustbunny balance voted at the content first/last to deduct some balance from, or everyone who uses the #dustbunny service (who has enough balance) will split the payment proportionally. 🤔🤯🤓 !LOLZ !DIY

That's something I haven't seen information about as of now. 🤔🤯 I would assume that if both the author and curator use #dustbunny, then the cost of the dust fluffing will be equally split between them, though that leaves the question of what happens when either the author or curator (but not both) doesn't have enough dustbunny balance. 🤯😅 !LOLZ !DIY
