Hey how are these decided exactly? I'd very much like it if the actual onboarders would get the rewards instead of the account creator (ocd) for our onboarding program. As for ocdb, they give account credits to hiveonboard and share the rewards with delegators so that should be okay.

So far, we only look for recovery_account from account info & send onboarder reward.
Sending out reward to consumers is the key & we try to eliminate as many process as possible.
However, rewards sent are liquid HBD & consumer onboarders can decide on what they want to do with it.
