I wouldn't say I will try it out because I don't really have appreciable HP and votes worth giving out to those who visit and comment on my post.

That is one of the main reasons it was created mate, since you can't vote the comments up past the threshold, you use small votes to direct the beneficiary rewards where to go as tips.
