Timeless

I was away yesterday for most of the day on a road trip to Timisoara, Romania, the city where I graduated college. It hasn't been long since my last visit, but I must say that the city has changed significantly since I lived there.
To be honest, I don't like it anymore. Partly because I'm accustomed to our small, not-so-great town, and also because I don't enjoy returning to places I left behind a long time ago. It may sound strange, but that's just how I feel.
However, I did enjoy the drive and the opportunity to leave my hometown for a few hours. I managed to snap a few pictures along the way, mostly from the car's window since we didn't make many stops. Surprisingly, the picture quality turned out decent.
I was expecting lower quality for photos taken while on the move.
I particularly appreciate the countryside we passed through on our way to Timisoara. It looks untouched, free, and timeless. There are still quite a few people who have sheep farms and vast farmland in that area.
These individuals may have a better quality of life in the coming decades if things really start to go south with food and heavily processed food sources.
As mentioned in my @liketu post from yesterday about the restaurant where we ate, we didn't spend much time in Timisoara itself. We actually visited a residential area of the city that was unrecognizable to me.
Enough with the rambling, as it's almost time for bed and I still need to shower. I hope you enjoy the pictures in this post, and until next time!
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
