Went to Tiong Bahru food centre on Monday for lunch and they were closed for cleaning.

Ended up going to try this new chicken rie place across the road.

最后去试试马路对面这家新开的鸡饭店。

There was a fishball noodle stall there too.

那里也有一家鱼丸面摊。

The queue was not long but rather slow.

排队不长，但很慢。

I was just getting a simple chicken rice for $6.50

我只买了一份简单的鸡饭，$6.50。

Bought an iced coffee too at $2.50 but that was a bit expensive.

还买了一杯冰咖啡，$2.50 ，但有点贵。

Took some time for them to serve but happy enough with the lunch.
