RE: Painting the expressiveness 'windows to the soul'

I had retina tear and laser surgery on both eyes before and internal bleeding on one eye twice in 6 months. I really worry and try to take care of my eyes more.
I was curious what the eye was seeing and tried to see that in the painting.
