Miller's Oysterling
A beautiful mystery the forest – white mushrooms
There were a few white mushrooms hanging under the trunk an old tree. At first from a distance, it looked if someone had stuck a white paper fan on tree. When I got closer, I saw that these were actually small mushrooms underside which was beautifully grooved. The fine lines were arranged in such way that it seemed nature had painted them perfectly with its own hands.
These mushrooms grow moist shady environment inside the branches trunks trees. During rainy season, when the air is humid, such mushrooms grow easily. They usually take nutrients from dead parts trees rotten wood. For this reason, mushrooms are called nature's 'recyclers'—those who break down dead plants and return them to the soil and provide nutrients for new plants.
The mushrooms seen in the picture are light white in color, and their body structure is very soft. There are many fine veins gills on the underside, which are used to spread spores. Spores are like the seeds mushrooms - through which they spread new places. These spores reach new places through the air or by attaching to the bodies nearby animals and, if the right environment is found, grow new mushrooms.
Such beauty mushrooms is valuable not only for the eyes, but also for the environment. They maintain the balance the forest environment. If the trunk a dead tree does not decompose for many years, it will be difficult for new trees grow. But mushrooms other fungi accelerate that decomposition process. As result soil becomes fertile again.
These white mushrooms may very small, but their structure is like work art. If you look closely, you will see that each line is centered exactly in the middle the cap. Spores are formed in the gaps between these lines, and they fall down.
To maintain the beauty of mushrooms, it is important to protect the forest and natural environment. Because this type of mushroom usually grows in pollution-free, moist and shady places. If we cut down forests destroy natural habitats, it will become even more difficult to see such a wonderful sight.
The moment captured picture is a great memory for me being close nature. Although technology in this case, the phone camera allows us capture these moments, true beauty can only be experienced with our own eyes, in our own presence. The soft colors the mushroom, the delicate lines environment its birthplace all fascinated me.
I would like say that nature gives us opportunity see something new every day. It could be the dewdrops on the leaves a tree, the dawn song in the voices birds, a flock white mushrooms hidden under a tree trunk. If we look carefully, we will understand that each creation nature tells a story. This white mushroom was also silently saying that even though we are small, we do a great service the environment.
