My interview experience

Hello guys, I hope you are doing well. I am also doing well. I am here to share some very good news - something personal. I have been shortlisted for the post of English lecturer. I appeared in the exam a few months back and scored good marks. The Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan sent me an interview letter and called me for the interview. I was so happy and shared the news with my parents.

This experience is very good news for me and my family. I have been working towards this post for many months now, and I want to secure this job for myself. It is a very respectable job in my country, and the salary is also good. Anyways, I have been preparing for the interview, and the interview schedule was announced a few days back. I had to travel to another city to appear in the interview. Nonetheless, I did some revision and studied what was supposed to be asked from me, and I traveled there.

The interview panel welcomed me; they were so kind and polite. It's warm here, but I had to maintain the dress code and wear a full suit. They offered me water and asked me personal questions. They also asked me questions about my academic background. They tested my knowledge in the field of literature, English literature, and linguistics. I maintained my composure and answered all the questions with confidence. I told them that I have teaching experience of about a year. They looked satisfied and happy, and the interview lasted for twelve to thirteen minutes. I think the hopes are very high that I will be shortlisted for the final recruitment list.

This would mean so much to me, and I will be finally financially stable and independent. It will be like a dream come true for me. I hope you enjoyed my blog. Thank you so much for visiting it, and I'll see you in another one.
