Faiz Ahmed Faiz Metro station Islamabad
Hello everyone, I hope you all are fine. I am also doing well today. I am going to show you an iconic place in Islamabad, which is Faiz Ahmed Faiz metro station.
The Faiz Ahmed Faiz metro station is one of the most iconic places in Islamabad. I have mentioned that I am in Islamabad these days and the city never fails to amaze me. There are so many different places worth exploring and sharing with all of you. To begin with, I shared with you the National Library of Pakistan, and today I am going to show you the metro station.
Islamabad is one of the most developed cities in Pakistan and around the region. It is no doubt unexpected beauty, but the construction done here is also amazing. It fascinates me. The Faiz Ahmed Faiz metro station is both high-tech and advanced and modern, and it facilitates so many passengers on a daily basis, that too on very low fare.
The fare is thirty Pakistani rupees, and it will take you to one part of the city from another part. It was my first time going through this station. I saw so many different portraits in the station. These portraits are from the history of Pakistan, ranging from the Quaid-e-Azam, who is the founder of Pakistan, to Alama Muhammad Iqbal, Fatima Jinnah of Quaid-e-Azam, and so many historical figures who have contributed to the making and creation of Pakistan.
The place was so user-friendly. The instructions were written in both Urdu and English, so that people could read the instructions and go where they want to go easily.
At the ticket counter, we are supposed to buy the token, which I am showing you. It is a small coin-like token which you have to put into the device and swipe it, so that the gates open for you. I was busy swiping the token, so I could not take a picture there.
And when you reach your destination, you have to put the coin back to the machine, so that the gates open and you can leave the station.
Moreover, there are so many workers in a single station. There are people at the counter, there are drivers, there are security guards, there are sweepers and cleaners. It makes me think that the administration and management is so advanced and watchful of any unnecessary event. They are so cautious and professional.
I could not take any pictures within the bus because the bus was so full of people and they told us not to take pictures because of the privacy of the passengers. I really liked one thing in the metro personally, that there were different compartments for male passengers and female passengers. Female passengers were supposed to sit in the front of the bus, and the rest of the male community were supposed to sit in the back of the bus. This way, both the passengers can travel with safety and dignity.
The views from the station also look just so amazing and soothing. Overall, it was a really good experience at that place. It is something new for the people of Pakistan which is why I am sharing this place.
Thank you everyone for your time and support. It means a lot to me. Do share your views and thoughts in the comments section below so that we can learn and grow together. Do follow my account for more such content. Have a nice day ahead. Take care.
Ps. The pictures are mine taken with my Google pixel 6a
