Buying a smartphone for my father

Hello folks. I hope you all are fine. This is my entry to the #weekend-engagement. I would like to shed some light on my activities from the previous week.

My father is a high school teacher. He is an old guy who does not do well with technology. However, the times are changing. Technology is very helpful in teaching students. This is why I decided to buy a cellphone for my father, my baba.

Finding a cellphone in my city is tough job. I was not sure which phone to buy as I had to keep the budget in my mind as well. The mobile market was filled with people as this was a weekend. The counters of shops were constantly being visited by curious customers.

After visiting a few shops and checking a few phones, I met a very kind and confident shopkeeper. He showed me some phones of Vivo and Samsung. I was confused as both the phones were good in features and make. I then decided to go with the Samsung A03. It has a good battery life and the built is durable as well. a 128 gigs of rom got my attention as well. It costed around 30,000 pkr.

After checking and unboxing it, I set it up and gave a pleasant surprise to my father. He smiled and for me that smile means a lot. I told him how he could stay in contact with his students using social media and also other internet features. He is a smart guy and grasped things easily. The phone is working fine as well.

So, this is how my weekend went. I got to know a lot about how mobile market works and how to bargain in this scenario. It was a pleasant day as I also got to share a cup of tea with my parents.
