Is it a bird, is it a plane?
Beauty hides in the habitual and the banal
Beauty surrounds us wherever we are.
It resides in the simple.
The banal.
A look.
A smile.
A greeting.
A wave.
It costs nothing to smile at someone. You might just make their day.
The smile may even cascade and their next interaction may well be a positive one.
What I find when I think on it recently, is that it is all connected.
We don't understand everything, but there is most certainly an underlying energy to things.
Positive energy breeds positive energy.
The power and beauty of the world is in the simple things.
Nature.
Family.
Birdsong.
Bees buzzing.
People smiling.
The marketers would have you believe that you need this and you need that to he happy.
You don't.
It's all about perspective.
Be grateful for what you have.
Have you got legs?
I've seen people with none.
Can you breath unaided without a machine?
There are many in hospital beds who cannot.
Do you have family?
Some have none.
We have plenty to be grateful for.
Today I'm grateful for nature and family.
Cost? Zero.
Worth? Infinite.
I was lucky enough to be in Conamara yesterday and photographed this lonesome seagull.
All this bird wanted to know about was his next meal.
No tomorrow.
No yesterday.
Just now.
Perhaps we can learn a thing or two from our feathered friends?
I enjoyed watching this bird come and go beneath an azure sky.
Ireland is a beautiful country, but when the sun shines on her green grass and her rugged landscape, there are few places in this world as beautiful.
Sunshine.
Family.
Nature.
Picnic.
Tea.
Bliss

Thanks as always for stopping by everyone
Peace Out

Aye looks a perfect day before midges appear along the shoreline.
Time to enjoy outdoors with a family picnic where the seagulls don't know to steal your sandwiches yet.
Did the seagull know she had a stalker?😂
