Healthy eating and keeping it simple
A busy house
A house with three boys twelve years of age and younger is a busy house. Add two Spanish students and it becomes a very busy house.
That's especially true when it comes to dinner time.
Last night I kept things simple. Lettuce with balsamic vinegar and rice, passata and salmon. They really do love their seafood.
Salmon, tuna, monkfish, mackerel have all made an appearance.
I really think the simpler the food, the better it tends to be for you.
I also think that we should all be eating more fish. A lot more fish. We have no excuse in Ireland, as an island country with rich fishing waters to the North, South, East and West.
Thanks as always for stopping by everyone
Peace Out
