Cheese, chocolate and wine as a treat
Mmmmmmmmm π€€
When it comes to taste buds and foods and drink that I like to be on my taste bods, I have to say, these 3 are all high on that list. You've got red wine , you've got dark chocolate and you've got cheese.
This particular bottle of red, I would highly recommend.
It's available from our favourite local coffee shop Sullivans, which happens to sell quality wines too. It's probably my favourite shop in Galway.
A nice little glass after a busy day was perfect.
These days I'm all about quality over quantity. This is quality chocolate from Switzerland, it's Lindt.
This chocolate has a hint of mint and is delicious.
The other is infused with organge and is probably my favourite.
They compliment each other
These foods and drinks actually complement each other very well, and I find red wine goes well with a nice cheese board and some cold cuts. Then of course , red wine goes perfectly well with chocolate. These days, as you know, i've been limiting my intake of sweets, chocolate, biscuits, cake and all that kind of stuff, as I've become really anti sugar and as such I try to avoid as much as possible. I'm only human though, so I do partake in some dark chocolate sometimes. It has much less sugar and you are much less inclined to over indulge.
As a cheese love, I was thrilled when our Spanish friends brought this lovely cheese back from Madrid for me, which is delicious.
So there you have it.
Wine.
Cheese.
Chocolate.
Delicious.
Thanks as always for stopping by everyone
Peace Out
