Bringing the dog for an early morning walk is a great way to start the day
Early riser
I couldn't tell you when it happened exactly, but I'm quite the early riser these days. It doesn't really matter what time we go to bed, I'm still going to wake up at about 6 AM at 7 AM if i'm lucky so I just got up and be productive if I can.
Often that means bringing our springer spaniel Coco for a nice long walk. She loves the walk and the fresh air is good for me, so it's a win win.

As soon as I go rummaging for her lead or say the word walk, she has a shit-attack, the excitement is gorgeous and would light up anyone's day!
As I was saying in Friday's post, we are surrounded by beautiful countryside where we live here in Connemara, so I have any amount of places that I could walk with the dog and get lovely , fresh air into my lungs.
I find it a great way to start the day and gives you plenty of time to think about what you have going on that day or life in general.

Coco always gets in for a swim when we walk past the lake.

She looks like a drowned rat getting out but she absolutely loves it, and it's good for her, as Springers needs lots and lots of good exercise to stay healthy and happy.

The sun was just coming up on our way home from the walk, and was glistening off the wet road.

Thanks as always for stopping by everyone
Peace Out
Nice bonding Coco and Bro. looks like its having fun taking a bath in the lake
Yep living her best life!
I kind of miss the early morning walks with our dog. Even when we worked out at home she would come downstairs and hang with us. Usually she would lick my face while I was trying to work out on the weight bench.
She sounds like she was a great pet 🙏
Coco does this if I try do some push ups when she's knocking around!
Haha, too cute!
That's just how they are; I think all dogs love going for walks. It's how they connect with nature and their ancestors. Your pet is beautiful, greetings!
That's a beautiful way of looking at it ❤️
