New season

The U13 season is not far away and I've had the lads back in for pre season training.

I've also arranged a couple of friendlies to look at some new players and toy around a bit with a few different formations we may deploy.

I've tried 4-3-3 which worked quite well and we have limited options at number 9, so 4-3-3 may well suit the players at our disposable.

I had also thought about a 3-5-2 with wide players getting up and down the flanks defensively and also getting forward, but we may not have the quality up front to go with it, so I think that I'll start the season playing 4-3-3.

4-3-3 is perfect for a start coach, I can see that you are really prepared mentally and physically that's all a team needs to grow, and nice jerseys by the way.
