Their Own Thing Going On - A Freewrite
So the way you do it is to try and invest in them. Yeah. Like with some of our art stands, we sit down with them and tell them that besides working. Tell me, what are your plans down the line? And you know what, some of them want to go back to school, fashion school, and we say, OK, let's do a deal.
We created our website online, and we also started marketing online. And in terms of getting stuff, like Jessica said, I laughed because Nigerians, you know, they're so confident, and I love the passion because, like you said, everybody that is working for you also wants to have their own thing going on.

You know, if you keep working for me the way you're working for me, then maybe I'll invest in that. Or, you know, whatever you want to do, let's talk about it and see how we can get it running for you. That way, you know, they see a future with you. It's not just working for you. They're not resentful because Nigerians, you know, wherever you find us in the world, are like what the boss is there.
Like, we are running things. You know, Nigerians are so confident, you know, they're never in the shadows, they're never taking a back seat. So I think. If you point to your staff and the people working for you and they will pull back into you. So that's kind of how we've got into where we are right now, right? I mean, that's what I like, I like the part where Jennifer said that you try to invest in the people that you're working with.
