This is a church. Such things have to be done properly, right? If this is not so, there is nothing anyone is going to do. So after sitting down, they decide to look for someone trustworthy who can even look through everything. And this person came in from another state.

You can imagine they couldn't find somebody trustworthy from their own parish, their own Community Church. They have to look for somebody from anotherate who. Engage and help to build the church in his state. Then a person has to come over, help them check their accounts, help them look into the amount that they are using to construct and everything together. That was how they were able to build themselves out of the whole scenario.
