Rightly Understanding People
Now I have that. What's what would you advise? OK, you're sitting. Let's imagine. OK, I'm a 60 year old man. I've had this organization for 30 years. I'm looking at moving forward. I see this young people. Being on their phones, being on Instagram, some have their two ones, some of their tutus but I'm not seeing. The work thing, I'm not seeing the the drive to be at work at 7:30 in the morning. I'm not saying the drive to stay till 8:00 in the morning. What would you tell me what's what approach would you advise for me to double up on my on my team? So at least keep my my company going forward, but it's 1020 years now.
We assume that you have these, you have millennials working in your organization, a bit of them, a bit of them, but you, you, you finally had marrying the mindsets of the millennials with, you know, like the, the Gen. X and all that. OK, So basically. OK. From a human resource perspective that comes to, we look at that from what we call employee engagements and. You need to understand your people.
You need to know the people you are working with if. Lucky right? Now, I'm sure you've heard about the future of work, the future of work. People are talking about the future of work, the future of these. OK now, the future of the work, please. OK, the alternative workforce. I don't know if you ever heard of that.
You have people exactly gig employment. The freelance contracts and all. Before I continue, can you please explain what the economy means? I've seen many things, but I don't need, I'm sure many people also have heard about this, right? Have you heard about that before the economy? So he's not heard about it. . These days, people say. A lot of young people really don't want to work for anybody as such anymore because OK, the opportunities are. There you have people screaming on top of their voices every opportunity they get that, you know, start your own business, start your own business, start your own business. But the truth is not everybody would start their own business. But you can be a freelancer, you can have a gig, you can run a gig shop.
