A couple can be together for so long if they plan their marriage so well and if there is love between them. Most marriages lack what we call love, and when this happens, they wouldn't have the ability to carry on with the marriage; instead would end up in a divorce.

When I was still a child, I was not expecting myself to get married at an early age just because of what I had heard about couples and marriages. I knew that one must pass through a long process before one can be able to get married.

In a real sense, there must be an age limit for marriage. Jumping into marriage when one is not up to the marriageable age can cause harm to the relationship. A young girl of the age of 16 got married to a guy who was about 20 years old. They planned to get married and fly abroad. The parents only wanted that to happen because they needed the visa to come up on time.

So, they arranged their marriage so fast, and within a few days, all the marriage rights were put in place. Two weeks later, the trip got cancelled, and they had to go back to staying as a couple, waiting for the right time to get the Visa prepared.
The marriage was so portable, and they were leaving as a full couple. After a few months, they started with one complaint to the other. They started fighting. The girl called her parents and complained about so many things that they were supposed to settle within themselves. The husband did the same.

After a few months, their visa was cancelled.

In this kind of marriage, there is nothing like evidence of lasting longer. The two are children who do not know the true meaning of marriage. They don't know how to flow together when it comes to marriage. They were just joined as a couple as a result of traveling, and just to make a connection to get their Visa.

So, in marriage, there should be a particular age that both the girl and the boy must reach before planning to get married. This can bring some element of maturity between them.

Premature marriage can be easily broken and can never last, but when one is up to marriageable age, then it means such a person is mature enough to handle his or her relationship with care.

I got married at the right time, and I'm so happy with my marriage. My husband and I would fight, but no one or two ears can hear us fight. No one can even know whether we are fighting or not. Our kids can never know we are fighting just because of tomorrow. I did not jump into my marriage, but I married at the right time, and so did my husband.
