RE: The Struggle Before Takeoff: Overcoming Resistance to Achieve Your Dreams

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

This is not just resistance but resilience. Sometimes, you feel dragged backward where you were supposed to be moving forward. This has been m and weakness, but when one can be able to come out of such resilience, then the truth behind the dragging would be diverted.

We ignored what we were supposed to do just because of that thing that kept telling us, "Hey, stop right there and take a step backward.". Some thoughts would even say to us "Hey, stop thinking forward.". This may kill our dreams to be greater people in life.

I think you got the meaning of resilience wrong..

Lack of resilience is when we stay backwards instead of moving forward against the resistance.

Yeah, that was the opposite I spoke of then.
I was trying to relate it to physics but got the wrong thing. You are right. When you bounce back from stress or something that has been dragging you backward, then that is what is referred to as resilience.

You were supposed to do something great but somehow got carried away by some unwanted scene. But when you finally got to know your directions, pulling out of such a thing would be the best.
