Will the strike make a difference?

In today's time, every person wants to stay healthy and not have any disease, but according to the environment of today, it is very difficult to stay healthy always. There are hospitals somewhere near our house and hundreds of people come to these hospitals every day for their checkup. Health sector is such a sector of any country which is a very responsible job because it is its responsibility that if any person living in the country has any health related disease, then he should be treated well, but unfortunately this is not possible because there are many countries where the arrangements of the health sector are very poor.

Now I will directly tell you about the health sector of our country. If I tell you in simple language, the condition of our hospitals is much better at some places and modern facilities are available but at some places the condition is very bad. Most of the problems are faced in remote areas because it is a bit difficult to reach health facilities there but at some places the government also uses helicopters to reach health facilities in remote areas and sometimes in very difficult situations the patient is also airlifted but this does not happen everywhere, only in some areas. There are many areas where there is a primary health clinic but no doctor is ready to go there and even if someone gets posted there, it is very difficult to work there.

If a person has a lot of money then he does not need to worry much about health related problems because the facilities in private hospitals are very good and there the patient is taken care of very well and everything is taken care of but this is only possible when the person is spending money.

Nothing is going to change if doctors go on strike because doctors do their job well but if the chief does not provide them with modern equipment then it is the fault of the administration and also of the running government there because it is its job to take care of all these arrangements. The government should ensure that in all the health clinics in its area, specialist doctors for basic diseases and equipment and machines related to whatever basic tests are done should always be available there and there should not be any kind of negligence related to health.

There is a need for a lot of changes right now because if we talk to people, the response of many people is not very good about the hospital and they feel that a lot of changes are still needed. Along with this, the government will also have to increase the number of hospitals. If the population is increasing beyond a limited limit, then the number of hospitals should also be increased there and apart from this, it should also be ensured that all types of facilities are available in those hospitals. There should be checkups from time to time and everything should be taken very seriously, only then the situation can improve.

If doctors go on strike, it will have a bad effect on health facilities because if they do so, how will the patients be taken care of and their existing patients will be badly affected and their treatment will remain incomplete. To get the government to agree, not a strike but some other things will be needed and they can get their point across in some other way.
