Many people may not know that our stomach is called our second brain. Our stomach and our brain are interconnected. Now as science is progressing, people are getting to know that there is a deep relationship between our brain and our stomach. Sometimes you should try this thing yourself, if there is a lot of tension and stress in your mind, then you will not feel like eating and you will feel as if your stomach is also not well and if you do this continuously for a few days, then along with your brain, the health of your stomach will also keep deteriorating, which can be a matter of concern. Now first of all we talk about the smallest organism in our stomach, which we call the gut microbiome. If you must have heard the name of good bacteria, then this is the same. This bacteria is the smallest but its work is very big. Its first work is to digest the food we eat properly. Many times you must have heard that you should eat curd which contains good bacteria or you should take probiotics so that good bacteria remain in your stomach. The good bacteria that is talked about here are these microbes. They are also called probiotics and the probiotics are the food for these probiotics. These bacteria also need food, only then they will be able to survive in our stomach and do their work properly. If these bacteria do not get prebiotics, then their number will keep decreasing and then we will not be able to digest our food properly and many digestion related problems can occur in the stomach, so it is important to include probiotics in your diet.

The second function of these microbes is to absorb nutrients. Whatever food you eat, there are some nutrients in it. Many people say that we eat so many things in which nutrients are necessary but still some or the other thing is seen in their body, then this can also happen because there is a decrease in the number of bacteria, that is why the nutrients are not being absorbed. Similarly, these microbes have other functions which are very important for our body. Now as there are good bacteria in our stomach, on the other hand there are also bad bacteria and the whole game is between good and bad persons. If the amount of bad bacteria in our body increases too much, then they make us a victim of some disease and due to them our immune system also becomes weak, which is not able to fight the disease. If you want your immune system to remain strong, then the amount of good bacteria in your body should also be more because these good bacteria fight those bad bacteria.
What you are eating is very important because our stomach helps our entire body to function. The first thing you should do is to always increase the amount of good bacteria in your body. You should take probiotic rich food in which curd is the best option. If you are allergic to curd, then there are many other options available which you can take. Otherwise, nowadays supplements are also available, but you should try to take things from natural sources as much as possible. After that, you should always increase the amount of fiber in your food. Fiber is necessary for our body because it does not allow constipation in our stomach and also reduces bad cholesterol, due to which our heart also works well. Fiber also controls sugar because when we eat food, it is digested slowly and due to which the sugar level does not spike suddenly.
These are many things which are very important for our body, now we talk about those things which we should avoid. You should try not to eat too much junk food and also avoid eating too much fried and roasted food because these things have a very bad effect on our stomach and are not digested properly and then this causes constipation problem in our intestine which has become a common problem among people today. Nowadays people cannot stop eating outside but they can definitely reduce it and whenever you eat such food, either you should stay empty stomach the next day or take more fiber along with it so that there is no problem in digesting the food. Apart from this, if you take less stress and get up in the morning and do exercise or yoga, then you will also get a lot of benefits from this and you will be able to live a good life because the one who has good health, his whole body will work well and he will get a happy life.
