What is said is not always true

You've all likely read many things about history, and every place has its own unique history, discovered by local historians. We study history through numerous books and assume that what's written in those books is true. However, if we look closely, we'll find many things in history that may not be true. You may have noticed that news often comes that things we've long believed to be true in history no longer hold any value, and a new kind of truth emerges. Similarly, new research continues, and we learn about new facts, and sometimes we even find research on old things.

If we look back at the pages of history, we'll find numerous incidents that people once believed to be true, but then, over time, these incidents were discredited and the truth turned out to be something else. Almost everyone is familiar with some of these incidents. Let me tell you about one such incident. You may have heard of this incident before, but never mind, let me give you a little more information about it. Let me tell you about the Salem Witch Case, which occurred between 1692 and 1693. The location of the incident was Salem Village, Massachusetts. In 1692, some girls began behaving very strangely. When many people noticed this, they suspected some kind of demonic magic. Once people began to believe it was demonic, everyone began to associate such incidents with demonic magic. After this, around two hundred and fifty people in Salem and its neighboring areas became victims of demonic magic due to such incidents and in time it became popular among many people here.

Most of the people who were behaving this strangely were women, and they were accused of being witches or practicing black magic. You might be surprised to know that this case even went to court, where the judge questioned and harassed the accused extensively, and then, based on some bizarre claims, they were sentenced. More than 20 people were hanged, and it is said that one person was even crushed to death under a stone. You can imagine what kind of justice system this was. Some people were imprisoned and treated so badly that they died in prison. At that time, people were told that all those who were possessed by the witch or those who were under the influence of black magic, and all those who were witches, were all burned to death. However, the truth came out later, and when people learned of the treatment meted out to these people, many questions were raised about the judicial system and law and order of that time. All the decisions taken in this regard were taken in a special court, and after that, the special ginger was also closed. It is very surprising that people did not get any information about this at that time, and when information about it was received after a long time, the truth was something else.

Rumors spread quickly in society, and this is the worst thing because they alter people's mindsets. You may have noticed that nowadays, truthful news is rare, and the kind of news we create is more prevalent. This is completely wrong, as it often leads to incidents that are completely unfavorable for society and sometimes cause serious harm to society.
Even if the information is limited, it should be true.
