Strike A Balance Between Mobile Phone Use and Family
Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
It's unnecessary to explain how important mobile phones are in our lives and how essential they are every day. From the moment we wake up until we go to sleep, our mobile phones are in our hands. Sometimes it feels like the mobile phone has become an extension of our body. A few years ago, when mobile phones had only basic features, people used them only for calling or sending SMS messages, and they weren't as addicted to them as they are now. With advancements in technology, mobile phones have become more sophisticated, and people are showing more interest in them. Mobile phones have become so advanced that we can do many things from the comfort of our homes, get information about any corner of the country, and much more. This significant transformation in mobile phones is due to the continuous technological advancements that lead to improved features every year. This is why people have become so addicted to mobile phones; they constantly find something new and interesting on them. Nowadays, people are addicted to mobile phones, and some are excessively so. If they don't have their phone for even five minutes, they start behaving strangely, like a drug addict.

If we're talking about banning mobile phones, as the topic suggests, then I would say that completely banning mobile phones would be wrong because in today's world, having a mobile phone is essential if you want to stay connected to the world. You just need to limit its use. Mobile phones should be used as little as possible, and only when necessary. This way, you won't become addicted to them. Limiting mobile phone use is also important because nowadays, people have become so engrossed in their phones that they are forgetting to nurture real relationships and are neglecting them. Think about it yourself: when was the last time you sat down and talked with your family for a long time, or when was the last time you played an outdoor game? Today's youth are so engrossed in their mobile phones that they have forgotten how to do these things, and their attention is always focused on their phones. Nurturing relationships is very important because that's what defines you. Before mobile phones, I saw children sitting and talking with their families or reading books, and their family members also showed interest in talking to them and sharing their experiences. But today, children don't communicate much with their parents because they are so busy with their mobile phones. It's not just children; adults are also becoming addicted to mobile phones, which is very wrong.
We can find solutions for this, and this should be implemented in every family. We can't completely stop using mobile phones, but we can minimize their use. Those who go to school or college should use their mobile phones only for their studies, and not use them to search for study-related topics while actually looking at something else on the phone. Ideally, you should try to study from books first, as that's the best method. If you need to clarify doubts or want to study something in more detail, then you can use your mobile phone, but you should focus only on the topic you need to study. Avoid unnecessary mobile phone use, and families should spend time talking to each other. In the evening, when family members return from work or school, there should be a dedicated time every day when all family members can sit together and talk. Dinner is the best time for this, as it's a time when all family members eat together, talk to each other, and share their experiences of the day. Try to continue talking even after dinner, and you should definitely avoid using mobile phones at night. Use them only when absolutely necessary.
This will not violate any rules in any way because it is something that will improve your habits. Just as an addicted person is sent to a rehabilitation center for treatment, this is something that all family members should adopt to overcome mobile phone addiction. Given the extent of mobile phone addiction among people today, this is very necessary.

It's just like a plague, so people are really addicted to phone, it looks like a part of them is missing when they are not with their phones. I believe it takes been intentional to have a family time that is free of any distraction.
I don't think it's possible to completely ban mobile phones. Instead, it will be great for people to understand how to regulate their usage
