Some Changes Needed in Holidays

Holiday is a word that makes people happy. For those who work and don't have time to work or spend time with their families during the week, holidays hold special significance. They eagerly await their holidays, completing all their important tasks during those holidays. I've even seen some people who begin planning for their holidays in advance and strive to ensure they can properly execute whatever they have planned for their holidays. You may have noticed that when the last working day of the week falls, there's a distinct sense of joy on our faces and a sense of peace in our hearts, as if it will be a special day. But the day itself isn't special; it's simply that the next day is off, so we don't have to work hard. People relax, enjoy time with their families, and find some leisure time. Depending on the type of work you do, you receive different forms of leave.

Generally, people who work have to work 5 or 6 days a week and get one day off. Apart from this, they get government holidays and holidays during festivals. But if you do some other work like your own business or something else, then the control of holidays is on your business whether you should take leave or not. If you have a hotel or restaurant, then you must have noticed that there is a lot of crowd there on holidays and if you are the owner or you are an employee of a hotel or restaurant, then it is a bit difficult for you to get leave because during the season there is a lot of crowd. Similarly, there is a different amount of holidays according to different jobs.

Now, regarding the question of whether more holidays are necessary, I would answer this question by saying that the more you give someone, the less they will feel. There's not much work involved. One thing I think is that holidays given during festivals should include an extra day off, because holidays are often spent celebrating the festival. I'm not talking about everyone, but during the one or two major festivals that occur every few years, we should be given an extra day off to help us shed the fatigue of those holidays and give ourselves enough rest to work the next day. During festivals, you first have to work at home, then attend gatherings and attend numerous tasks, which can tire a person out, so rest is essential. If you have to go to work the next day, it becomes a little difficult.

Vacations also depend on your work style. Many jobs require extremely hard work and are physically exhausting. Therefore, these individuals should be given shifts, at least two days off from work per week, and one day of rest per month. Some jobs are extremely stressful; even if they don't require physical strength, they do require a lot of mental strength, making them more tiring than physical strength. These individuals should also be given shorter working shifts and at least two days off per week to relax and recharge. In today's corporate world, the workload is increasing, making vacations increasingly difficult. This is the biggest reason why people are sometimes frustrated with this field because they lack the necessary work-life balance.Some Changes required on this
