Social media is such a topic that no matter how much we talk about it, it will be less because in today's time it is spreading at such a pace that there is no limit. Today social media is used in every field and in today's time social media has become one of the basic needs.

Even the biggest businesses are being promoted through social media these days. There was a time when advertisements were given in newspapers and advertisements about one's business were given in newspapers but nowadays social media has become a good option. This is because most of the people use social media and you must have noticed that when you are using social media, advertisements keep coming in it and through this the entire social media company also earns money.
Social media has made so many people famous and many talented people have come forward in front of us through social media only.

Now if we talk about politics, how can it be left behind. Every year, some election or the other takes place and election campaigns keep going on in some state or the other. Nowadays, posts of political parties are also seen daily on social media. I have seen that most of the people promote their party through social media and nowadays people are using social media in a very good way to promote their political party. I see on social media that every day some post comes which is related to a particular political party and that party worker who does some social work then shares his post on social media with people, this not only promotes the party but also creates an identity for the person. However, sometimes some parties also misuse social media and they do this by sharing such a video against an opposing political party which spoils the image of their party.

Now in such a case, there is no authentication factor in social media whether the video that is coming out is real or fake because this thing is confirmed after a long time and by then it is too late. Many times, a video is posted on the first day of the election in which there may be a video related to a political party which may be negative against it, so in such a case, people who are watching that video can change their opinion.

Although this is a good option for political campaigning, but many times the opposition parties post such content against each other which can spoil the image of a particular party, so in such a situation, all the political people connected to social media and those who share such posts, it is very important for them to get their content verified first and this feature should be there in social media because a small post can spoil someone's political career and can tarnish the image of a party.

Control in these things is very important because if this is not done then many times things get out of hand and then there is a possibility of riots. It has been seen many times that some objectionable posts are shared on social media and then because of these posts, riots happen and later it is fun to say that here was a fake news. Control in fake news is very important and efforts should be made to ensure that whatever content is being shared on social media is authentic.
