Small changes Required For A Healthy Competition
Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
I had heard somewhere that life is a race and this race starts even before you are born and we don't know how many competitions we have to face in our life. As soon as we go to school, our competitions start. Sometimes competitions for a particular subject or sometimes competitions for a sport. Then when we gradually go to higher classes, there is competition to get admission in the course we are going to do and then after that when admission is done in the course, a person has to give competition for a good job. In today's time, this word is heard a lot that there is a lot of competition in the world and this competition is now in every field. You must have seen that if a shop is opened around you, then four more shops open in competition with it. Similarly, if a person starts any work, then many people start that work after seeing him and then after that people get involved in that business very much if they feel that the business is doing well here and good income is being earned from it.

If we talk about competition which takes place between two people or a group of two people, then I see that when there is a competition between two people, one loses and the other wins. The person who has won the competition becomes very happy but the person who loses is very disappointed. Now, although winning and losing keep happening, but we can make some changes in it so that this competition seems healthy. The first thing is that the person who has lost should never be ignored, rather he should be motivated more that how can he change and what are the mistakes that he made in this competition. People try to take the person who has won further ahead but no one does anything for the person who has lost and this is where the biggest mistake happens because even though that person has lost, but somewhere he also has a lot of potential inside him, just a little change is needed.
There were many competitions in our school and the biggest mistake I found was that the teachers used to praise the person who was winning and always motivated him to move ahead but no one used to pay attention to the person who lost and then that person used to stop participating in the competition. Just think yourself that the person who came till the final round and survived till there but could not come in the first position but he has complete knowledge and if a little improvement is made in it then it is possible that next time he can perform better than the person who came in the first position.
Apart from this, the celebration should be done with all the participants together because if you are celebrating only the winners, then I would call it unhealthy in a way because the person who has lost may have been disqualified but he also has the right to take part in the celebration and his motivation will also remain and his confidence level will increase, so it is possible that he will get motivated for the next competition.
Whoever organises competitions, be it a school teacher or a sports coach, it is their responsibility to bring some changes in these things because it is not necessary that the person who is winning now will always win in the future or will always continue in this field. More attention should be paid to the other participants as this also shows how much passion a person has for a particular thing and the participant who is more passionate may be losing today but one day he will definitely make a big name in his field.
