Paternity Leave Is Must For Father's

When a person enters married life from a bachelor's life, many changes are seen in his life and along with these changes, he also gets to experience many new things. The life of a bachelor is completely free but when a person enters married life, many responsibilities come upon him and his freedom also reduces a bit because then the person thinks about his future and remains worried about his future life. However, married life has some benefits which we can never experience in a bachelor's life.

When a person enters married life, he also takes his family forward and gives birth to children. Now, if a person's wife is working, then when she is pregnant and when she gives birth to a child, she gets maternity leave and here maternity leave is different in every country. Here maternity leave is also important because it is very important for the mother to spend time with the child to raise him and at the same time it is also very important for a mother because she is in a lot of trouble from the time of pregnancy and struggles with problems, so in such a situation rest is very important for her. I think that if there is no one else in a house except the couple and if both the couples are working, then in such a situation will a few months of leave be enough for them. If seen, it takes about 3 years from the birth of the child to his going to school and in these three years, a lot of care has to be taken of the children and even after 3 years, a lot of care is needed, so in such a situation should the mother leave her job? Well, that is a different matter, we will talk about it some other time.

Now the question is whether fathers should also get paternity leave. So in such a situation, I believe that a father should also get paternity leave, if seen, the time from the birth of a child to his growing up is very special and according to me, there must be only a few fathers who would be able to experience it. A father gets very little experience of staying with his newborn baby. I think that it is also important that a father gets leave here because with this a father will also learn to take care of the children and this will also help the mother a lot. A mother will also get a lot of help after pregnancy because a mother also needs rest because there are many problems even after pregnancy and she cannot handle these problems alone and especially when there is no third person in her family who can help her in this work. Here I think that at least a father should get 3 to 4 months leave in which he can take care of his new born child and also help the mother so that the mother can recover quickly and live a healthy life in future.

If we talk about the provision in which a father gets paternity leave for his new born child, then in such a condition the government should ensure that the leave given here should also be given to private employees because many times it happens that government employees get leave but private employees do not get leave because the owners of private employees treat their employees like a money making machine and if an employee goes on such a leave then they will not be able to see it and will start thinking that here it has happened for them while they do not value the emotions and feelings of a father. I say that there should be a constitutional right that both parents should get leave so that they can take care of their new born child properly and complete the process of its upbringing in the right way.

Children mean a lot to a parent and if we are working or doing any other work, then if we cannot take care of those for whom we are earning money then what is the use of that money. Those people are better off who may earn less money but are able to take care of their children properly and I feel that taking care of children is very important because parents are the first teachers who give knowledge to children. If parents are always with the children and guide them from time to time then the child will never go on the wrong path and will not face any problem.Therefore paternity leave is very important and the government of every country should take this into consideration and hence should make it mandatory.
