My Country: Achievements, Problems and Prospects
Hello to all hive users π€β€οΈπ
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your lifeπ
Friends, whatever country you live in, events occur daily. Some are good, some are bad. Some people are happy with a government decision, while others are unhappy. Similarly, every country has its own unique perspectives, and it's best to ask the people themselves. If we look closely, very few people are happy with the government, saying that it has done a good job and that they are very satisfied with its work. Many people point out various flaws in the government's work. This is logically correct, but this isn't the case everywhere. In some countries, the government does good work and is also concerned about the public. Now, let me tell you about my country. I live in India, a country of diversity. A variety of dialects and languages are spoken here. Our country is the largest democracy. If we were to discuss what's good in India today, I would first talk about this. The best thing happening in India is the expansion of technology. Because of this expansion, developments are taking place in the educational, medical, and other fields, providing convenience to the public. Thanks to technological advancements, internet access is now available in every village, at affordable prices. UPI transactions are proving extremely helpful, eliminating the hassle of carrying cash, allowing for easy and secure transactions. As villages are developing and people are gaining access to connectivity, rural residents will no longer lack access to education. They can study online, and they don't necessarily have to travel to other cities for their education. They can access various online courses from the comfort of their homes, which is a significant time-saver. Children who can't afford to live in cities can study comfortably at home, making this a valuable option.

Digital India has brought a lot of digitization to many people, providing them with better services, and reducing corruption and other scams. In the past, even small tasks required frequent visits to government offices, and sometimes, some officials wouldn't even work without bribes. However, with digitization, many services have become online, eliminating the need to leave their homes. All work is done from the comfort of their homes.
This was about the good things in our country. Now, if we discuss the things that we're sad about, the one thing that I find most concerning is the growing unemployment in our country. Our country's population is quite large, and compared to that population, jobs are very few. Nowadays, even getting a small job requires a lot of hard work. If we talk about government jobs, there are far fewer vacancies than before, and the competition for the ones that do come up is so intense that even those who have been preparing for years find it difficult to get selected. The government is reducing vacancies and has started outsourcing much of its work to contractors, so the government doesn't need to hire employees or anything else. They simply need to convince the contractor, who then hires employees at a lower salary, according to their own calculations. If we talk about a data entry operator, a government data entry operator is paid a salary of approximately 25,000 to 30,000 Indian Rupees. Furthermore, the government also provides for a provident fund. There is a compulsory employment rule until the employee reaches 60 years of age. However, since the introduction of the contract system, contractors have been able to hire data entry operators at will, paying them 10,000 to 12,000 Indian Rupees, and then getting them to do more. This is deeply wrong. The government should publish vacancies so that the youth here will have confidence in the government. Secondly, finding a job in the private sector is extremely difficult, as they are often required to pay very low wages, and in many companies, there is a form of exploitation, and no one speaks out against this. If anyone speaks out, they will be the first to lose their job. The biggest compulsion for people here is to work. The government should at least ensure that one person in every family has a government job so that every family has at least enough money to support itself and does not have to worry about jobs. The problem of unemployment is increasing because jobs are decreasing. Many companies are using automated systems, which are done by machines and do not require many people. The government should focus on increasing employment. Everyone should have a job when money is available and attention should be paid to how employment can be increased without corruption.
Many Changes are required.
