Job Related Anxiety

As long as a person is alive, problems always remain in his life. In the life of many people, problems keep coming one after the other. Sometimes they become so serious that we wonder what to do and many times we lose hope of coming out of those problems. There are very few people who do not have any problems in their life and they live their life very comfortably. It is very important to fight the problems because many times the problem overpowers us and then things start becoming very difficult.

The biggest worry that haunts me in my life right now, which is much more than the common worries, is the worry of job. I am saying job worry because the environment in my current job is very bad and there is a risk of losing the job. Well, if you are working in the corporate sector, then there is always a risk of losing the job and there is no job security, but in some corporate sectors, even if you lose your job, you have other options to work, but the nature of our work is a little different and it will be very difficult to switch here because there are not many options available in it.

I do not have any other career option available right now because we do not have any family business and neither is there any other work by which I can earn money. My entire dependency is on my job, so you can imagine how important my job is for me and how difficult it will be if something goes wrong by mistake.

Nowadays everyone knows the importance of job because people have migrated to cities due to which they have left farming in the village and everyone is dependent on jobs. Everyone looks for such jobs but job security is always there. Many people strive for government jobs because this is the only option in which you get job security. Apart from this, no matter how big the corporate sector is, there is always a risk of losing the job and nowadays unemployment is so high and jobs are constantly decreasing. In such a situation, questions about jobs always remain in the mind of any person.

I am not saying that this is common in every job, but in some jobs the environment is quite toxic and you have to struggle a lot there. The employer does as he pleases and deliberately harasses his employees and troubles them in new ways. In such a situation, you can imagine how difficult it must be for a person who needs a job and whose livelihood is dependent on the job.
Sometimes I feel that why did people leave their villages and why did they abandon farming and migrate to cities when it was so difficult to get a job.

At present, there is no option available to get rid of this concern because there are many reasons behind it. If we are in the corporate sector, then no matter how many companies you change, some problems always remain the same. If you want to deal with these job problems, then government job is the biggest option.
