It Is Very Important To Be Literate

There was a time when people did not know anything about studies and they used to earn their livelihood from farming. Then gradually the times became modern and people started studying again and when people got a good job after studying, then other people also felt that we should also study so that their life can also be like that person who got a job. In earlier times, people did not have any difficulty in getting a job and neither did they have to pass exams like today. If you have taken a degree in a certain thing, then your job was sure after that. This was because there were not many people to do the job on time because most of the people used to live on farming and they liked that thing. But then gradually the time changed and after that people started paying more attention to literacy and then migration from villages started. In today's time, literacy has become a very important thing.

Today, if a person is young and is not literate, then he may not get any recognition, no matter how much money he earns and how big his business is, but people judge him on the basis of his literacy. I also believe that it is very important to be literate in today's time because without it you may not be able to live and even if you manage to live, it will be very difficult. You must have seen many people around you who earn their living by doing very small jobs. Have you ever thought whether they like the work they do or do they do it out of compulsion? Although no one would want to do this work, but some work has to be done out of compulsion. This is where we understand how important it is to be literate.

Literacy can also make you a better person and in today's time it is very important because without literacy a person cannot do anything. If you want to use a mobile phone then it is very important to be literate for that only then you will be able to call someone on the mobile phone. You must have seen that there are many people around you in the society and neighborhood and there are some people who get a lot of respect because they are very literate due to which their thoughts are more influential than common people, due to this they get a different status in the society.

If you are literate then your future generations will also become better because you know the importance of literacy and you have gained a lot of life experience and this experience is what your children will get in the coming years, so in such a situation you can make your children even better so that they do not face any problems in the future which you are probably facing right now. That is why literacy is very important and it also makes you a good parent because in today's time, in such a competitive era, parents also have to stay engaged with the children only then their children can achieve something.

If you are well educated then you will be able to decide between right and wrong very well and with this you can create a better society. You must have seen that in today's society, people who do illegal work like theft, robbery, looting etc. are not very educated and those who are educated never do such work, so this thing is very common that if you are literate then you will not harm anyone and if the whole society becomes literate then maybe the crime rate will decrease.

If a person is literate then he is wise enough to not pay attention to unnecessary things and focus more on the things that are useful to him. The importance of literacy is very high and in today's time if most of the people in a society are literate then we can imagine a better society.
