History vs. Respect: Is Every Memorial Worthy?

You may have seen many statues or monuments around you that bear the name of some great person, and these are built in their memory. These great individuals have made a huge contribution to the country, and that is why they receive so much respect. And they deserve it, because they are very deserving of it. These are the things that are built so that people can always remember their contributions. Whenever I see such a monument near my house, it reminds me of many things about that person, and it brings to me a faint memory of all the great things they have done. Not only monuments or statues but many big institutions or hospitals or buildings are dedicated in their name and in today's time this thing has started happening a lot, like when any big institution is built then it is named after some great person who has done something big for that field in history for his contribution.

Now sometimes such an incident happens in which a monument of a great person has been built, but he finds some wrong thing against the person which is very shameful, so should he demolish the monument. It becomes very difficult to answer this thing because it is very difficult to answer this question. The first argument that comes in this thing comes that if a person is being built a monument, it means that he has done some such work which is commendable. Just as a memorial is built for a person who has made some revolutionary changes or he himself is a revolutionary who has liberated your country, then in such a situation, he must make a memorial of the person, but if later he gets something against the person which is wrong, then it will not be right to break his monument because We have to accept this thing that no person is completely right or wrong that he has some shortcomings in the person first, due to which he has done that wrong thing, but we should also understand that he has also done such good deeds by the person, due to whose contribution the country has got freedom or Whoever did the work, he must have been made a memorial to the person because not everyone's memorial is built, only a monument of some great people is built.

However, if someone researching history finds something like this, we can't be too sure of it because there are no witnesses to prove it, and it's simply a matter of evidence. We can't accept it as 100% true. As you've probably noticed, we often read about certain things in history in books. Today, with more research underway, the definition of those things has changed, so we can't completely trust them. However, there are many witnesses to the work they did and their contributions to our country. Based on those people, we have made them great and erected memorials for them. If we start tearing down their memorials, would that be right? Just think for yourself how wrong that is. A person sacrificed his life for your country, and you start tearing down his memorial simply because of a few shortcomings. How wrong can that be.

It seems very common to hear here, but the person who sacrifices his life for others, sometimes you keep yourself in his place and see, then you will feel how difficult this thing is that you are leaving your family and sacrificing your life for the common people for love for the country and in return I am giving you the respect I give to you. Someone is breaking them as well as monuments are being given.
