Healthy Tax will be a very good decision

Whatever you buy, you pay some kind of tax directly or indirectly. When we go to buy any expensive thing, the first thing we see is how much tax we will have to pay to buy that thing because we know very well that the more expensive the thing, the more tax it will have. This thing is especially applicable for vehicles because you must have seen that the more expensive the car you buy, the more tax you have to pay on it, which not everyone likes to pay, but the government also has to collect tax because it runs on the road and where will the money come from to build the road. I think that it is right to take tax on some things because people use it completely in the sentence like the taxis there are taxed more because they drive so many kilometers in a day and their vehicle stays on the road for so long, so they should pay tax for running on the road.

I don't think it is right when we have to pay tax on things of our basic need because the government should work accordingly to fulfill the basic needs of all the citizens of the country because the basic needs of a person should always be exempted from tax because it is not necessary that every person earns that much money and the burden on these things should be kept to a minimum because this will ensure that a person will be able to fulfill his basic needs.

Now when it comes to those things which are harmful for our health and are unhealthy in a way, I would like to say that the government should impose more tax on them so that the people who want to buy these things can realize the inflation and it is possible that they stop consuming these wrong things due to this inflation. We see many people around us because they earn very little but their addiction to drugs has increased so much that they cannot live without drugs and they need something or the other for drugs every day. So instead of fulfilling the needs of their family, people run after drugs because many cheap options are still available in it. So if the prices of these things increase, then any person who is addicted to drugs will think many times before buying it because he knows that if I buy such an expensive thing, then somewhere it will affect our other expenses.

Tax on unhealthy things should also be increased because it will make people aware of healthy things in the country and if we see, we already pay a lot of money for unhealthy things whereas if we spend the same money on healthy things, then its quantity can be more. For example, if you buy 100 grams of chips from the market, there is a lot of palm oil and many preservatives and chemicals present in it which are not good for our health at all, if we replace these chips with some healthy thing like fruits, if we want to eat snacks then we can eat peanuts or many other healthy snack options. If you eat only fruits, then your health can remain good only with them.

Food should always be eaten fresh. The more fresh food you eat, the better it will be for you. And if you eat a lot of packaged food or food that has a lot of preservatives added to it, then that food can be very dangerous because nowadays people can go to any extent to sell their product and the truth is that no one tells in detail about all the unhealthy things that are in it. If the tax on such things is increased, then people will work a little harder to cook food and eat fresh food.
I think this will be a good move.
