Gurukul tradition has become extinct.

The year is 2025 and if we look at our history, there are many things that have become extinct and these were the things that we were able to see till a few years ago but now those things are also becoming extinct. The surprising thing is that at one time these things used to be very popular but now those things are not even visible and you can imagine how strange it would be. At one time the lives of some people depended on those things but now those things have become completely extinct. Today we see that there are many things that are on the verge of extinction and many things are being done for their conservation and there are many plans for them. There can be many reasons for extinction such as climate change, not preserving things, etc.

I cannot talk about every single thing here because if I start talking about things that have become extinct, I don't know how many days it will take me to write this post. According to me, the thing that I think has become extinct is the ancient Gurukul. I have selected the topic here because I am an Indian and Gurukul is a very old part of our culture. You can imagine yourself that at a time when wars were going on all around the world, our culture used to study in Gurukul and acquire knowledge. The biggest thing was the arrangements of Gurukul which were many times better than today's modern education system and it was not taught to any person just to pass or for good marks, rather the main goal of Gurukul was to develop those things in any student which are important for his future and if such a skill comes in the student, then whatever work he does there, he will definitely get success in it. If you want to gain knowledge of your subject then there are many books for that and anyone can read them but the most important thing is how to use your knowledge, how to use your intellect and everything that is necessary for your goal was taught in all these Gurukuls.
In Gurukul we taught about our culture and our moral values which are a very important part of our life.

Although there are still many Gurukuls running in our country, but they cannot be compared to the ancient Gurukuls because there is a lot of difference between them and the biggest thing here nowadays is that no student wants to study in Gurukul because they feel that the education system here is very different from the current education system and this thing will not be useful for them in the future. People feel that in today's time when there is so much competition, how will the education of Gurukul be useful.
