Faced discrimination during the train journey😞

Discrimination is a very bitter truth of today's society. In today's time, we see that people discriminate against each other due to many reasons and if we see, the main reason for which people discriminate is caste and gender, these are two such reasons. Due to which discrimination was done not only in today's time but also in the old times. There are many people among us who do not believe in all these things and consider everyone equal. But it is very sad that there are very few people who have such thinking. Today, where on one hand the world is developing so much in technology, but on the other hand we see that these types of beliefs are also alive in the society.

From childhood till date, I have felt gender bias many times and many times I have been discriminated against because of gender. If seen, most of the discrimination used to happen during the school hours.
During school time, I used to see that our teachers used to pay less attention towards the boys but more towards the girls. Now I don't know the reason behind this but girls were smarter than us in studies, but still they were given more attention. While we needed more attention, we were not given much attention. On the contrary, many times we were also given a card and the anger of our family was also taken out on us. Now there are many such stories, but I remember one story very well, in which I felt that really sending this had crossed the limit, so this thing happened just a few years ago. I lived in another city and used to work there. Now I had to go to some other state for some personal work and there I found railways to be the best medium for that state, so I booked railway ticket and I had got upper berth seat and my seat was also confirmed.
So the day I had my train journey, I came home early after taking leave from office because my train journey was at night so I came to my room and had food and prepared some snacks etc for the train journey and some snacks etc Buy too. Then after that went towards the railway station. After a while the train arrived and I sat in it. Then after a short distance, the train stopped for some time because this halt was very long, so when the train stopped at that station, I saw that many passengers were coming towards our bridge. I do not know where so many passengers sit on our berth because only three seats were vacant on our berth and all the rest were occupied by passengers whose seats were reserved and I was also sitting in the lower berth.
That time was around 9 or 10. I was sitting on the lower berth because I had to eat food and I thought that I will go to my seat only after having food because the person who had the seat in the lower berth was also sitting and the railway rule of our country is to sleep. Permission is given only after 10:00, so I had time till 10:00. In that I can sit on the lower berth. Then I saw that the seeker who had come from our side, started sitting on the seat of the people and those who were refusing them, were forcefully sitting there. Then I saw some women coming towards our seat, so I got a little alert. After that I saw that the seat in front of me was there. When the person was sitting there, he requested him for a seat, but he flatly refused because his seat was reserved. Then came there from my side and requested me for seat too so I told him that my journey is very long and I need to sleep. That's why I can't give you the sweet because I have hardly stayed here. A man in front of me came there to me and asked me to give it to you and add it on you, so I said, I can't do that because I am already very tired and I have to travel a long way. Is. That's why I can't sleep for so long because there was already a whistle of a person and a lover was also made there, so in such a situation other people also gathered there and then started giving their opinion there. There are women here. He should be given a seat. I told him that if it is not there, then how did he come here and why did he not take it, then he said that we have given it and he probably had to go to someone's wedding.

Now in such a situation, I was quite confused because the people around there were giving me new types of arguments as if I had usurped their seat.
Along with me, the other 2 people who had reserved seats there were also requesting them for a seat and were telling us that you people should address in the lower berth and we would sit in the middle and if the bus. But none of the three boys flatly refused to do so as all of us had booked seats with great difficulty and all three of us had to travel a long distance. That's why we were trying our best to dissuade them from our side.

Then when we started arguing more with them, many more people gathered there and those people were also taking the side of those women. While those people did not even know those women. Still taking his side. I find this very strange. Later we decided not to argue anymore and we decided that this seat should be given to these women only, so we adjusted and we gave our middle and upper birth seat to those women and after that we So there was no special sleep, because we were three people and the seat was just friendship, so we were doing this that for a while one person would sleep on the seat and two people would sit. Similarly one man was going alternately one by one and 2 people were sitting, but nothing special comes in this also and like this we spent the night journey and then it was morning.
Then when morning came, I thought that I would rest for some time and go to sleep on my own, but the women there were still not there and their station came around 12:00 in the day. After that they vacated that seat and then I was of no use by going to that seat because around 2:00 my station was also about to reach after that I got down at my destination station. Then I went where I wanted to go and rested for some time.

When this incident happened with me, I learned one thing from this incident that in today's time discrimination is also done on the basis of gender and I am saying this because the people who were favoring those women in Spain, they Didn't even know women. But still he took his side when we boys didn't even know him. They didn't think it right to take our side and they didn't think it right to understand our point. Whenever we were explaining our right point to them, there she was taking that matter to some other place. I did not understand why he was doing this because neither we knew those people nor those people knew us, so I felt that we were being discriminated on the basis of gender, which was completely wrong.
