Friends, when we have an interview, how much preparation do we do for it and many people take so much training to gain confidence and improve their communication skills. After doing all this, when we sit for the interview, our confidence is good and is boosted a lot. After the interview, when we get joining the job and when it is the first day of the job, that confidence is not visible on time, rather the confidence gets reduced to half. Seeing the work, the confidence goes down completely because there is a lot of difference between what is taught during college and the work that is done in jobs.

Friends, many times we remain motivated in life and because of this motivation we feel like improving our life a little and for some days we also follow the things which we have made as a routine, but once we go back to our comfort zone, then this comfort zone again pulls us towards the same old life.

Friends, nowadays people have become very fond of real-life and short videos. You may have noticed that short videos are available on every social media platform these days. You may have noticed that many people simply scroll through these videos, without considering that if they create their own content, their content could also be shared by others. If they do this daily, they too could become famous like others. But these people prefer watching short videos daily rather than creating content.

You must have experienced this as well. Many times we bring a pen drive from somewhere and plug it into the computer, but eight out of ten times, the pen drive gets plugged in from the wrong side. This happens to me daily because I have to sit in front of the computer every day and do a lot of work with the pen drive, so this happens several times daily. Sometimes it also happens that when I plug it in from one side, it doesn't go in the port, then when I plug it in from the other side, it still doesn't go in, and when I plug it in again from the same side as before, it goes in.

Friends, in corporate offices, it's written that work-life balance is very important, and sometimes you even see this written in your joining letter. Some offices even have slogans written on the walls about why work-life balance is important. But sometimes it's quite painful to see this written in your office and find yourself revising at 10:30 at night. At that time, you simply have to appear happy on the outside and hide your inner sadness.
