Cost of Living Increasing Rapidly In Our Locality

The locality in which we live has a great impact on our lives. You must have noticed that the rent of people living in small towns or villages is much less than that of big cities and other expenses are also controlled. What I mean to say is that where there are less facilities, the cost of living is also less. On the other hand, if you are living in a metropolis or a city where there are many facilities and where the temperature and environment is good, then the cost of living becomes very high there. For example, in cities where there are more companies and where the means of employment are good, you must have noticed that the population is also high there and due to high population, the cost of living increases.

If there are less facilities available in a city, then people do not like to live there and only those people live in such cities who are either employed in some government job or are local residents who either run some business or are living there for some reason. The problem of migration in today's time is due to lack of facilities. The lesser the facilities, the more people will migrate from those places because many times people face a lot of problems due to lack of facilities and then people migrate after seeing each other because you feel that by migrating there people are living a good life and doing good jobs or their business has become well established.

If I talk about the city I live in, the cost of living has started increasing here. If we talk about rent, there was a time when the rent of a house for a family was around 2000 to 4000 Indian rupees. But now in the last few years, the rent has increased a lot here and if you go to see a house for rent, then the average has reached 5000 to 10000. All this has happened because in the last few years many government institutions and some higher education colleges have opened here, due to which the population has increased and along with this many people also look for means of employment here because my city is a tourist place, so people related to the hotel industry also come here for employment.

Talking about transport, transport facility is very expensive here because the biggest reason for this is that our city is situated in a hilly area and vehicles run very less and due to less vehicles, there is always a demand for vehicles and every year the fare of vehicles keeps on increasing. Transportation was always expensive here and is becoming more expensive now. Apart from this, if we talk about other things like welding material, then its cost is also very high because here first they get the material after adding transportation charge, after that there is a separate charge for loading the material from the main road to your house. There are many houses which are far away from the main roads and due to this vehicles cannot go there, so many times those people have to pay double the cost of the material due to loading and unloading.
