Control On Social Media

There will be very few people who do not use social media, every person uses some social media. There was a time when people used to share photos and jokes on social media but in today's time social media is being used for many things. People who are associated with any election party are engaged in their own promotion, people who are associated with any company or brand keep promoting it and nowadays, those who are associated with social media influencers do a very different kind of promotion. The brand that pays the influencer, people promote it accordingly. Many people share their opinion on social media and many people write something in someone's food or under someone's influence which should not be written and then this thing becomes a big issue.

Now, if you are sharing anything on social media, then it has its own rules and it is necessary to follow those rules. If any person does not follow those rules or violates those rules, then either social media takes action against him or closes his account. However, despite all this, people do not learn a lesson and share some objectionable post. Now here we are talking about dismissal from job or school through social media, so in such a situation, first of all it is necessary to know whether whatever post is being made, there is something in it which is against that institution or school. Because we cannot decide anything immediately, for that we have to do a lot of deep research that why a person is speaking against an institution or school. If he has posted something which is against those institutions, then should any action be taken in such a case.

Now in such a case, it would not be right to say yes or no because first of all we have to know the truth behind what a person is posting and if that thing comes under his rights and there is nothing that violates the rules of social media, then according to me there should be no objection to it, but now although his post can harm any institute or school, then it is obvious that they will take action and it is possible that he may also be dismissed from there because that person has taken this action against them. But if that person has spoken the truth and there are really many things that should come in front of the public, then whatever authority controls this thing, it should support that person.

I have seen many such cases in which either a person has to work somewhere and he has to face some things which are wrong or illegal and when he shares these things with the public, he has to lose his job but at that time no one supports him, neither any government authority nor any media.
