Nowadays, the way people live their daily routine and their food habits, many people need to stay fit. Some time ago, when people used to do farming, these people did not need to pay much attention to their health because their body used to work a lot and the food they ate was pure food. As people's lives changed and modernity started coming in our society, many people thought of leaving farming and working more, then seeing each other in such an environment, many people left their land and started working more and then the daily life of people started changing. The daily routine of people started becoming very different from before. Today we see that very few people do farming, rather most people prefer desk jobs because farming requires a lot of hard work and sometimes if the crop gets spoiled, then there are a lot of problems in it.
I have seen that many people start dieting due to their increasing weight and reduce the quantity of their daily food. According to me, this is not right at all because if you diet then your body lacks many nutrients because we get nutrients only through food, so in such a situation if we reduce our food intake then our body will lack nutrients and in such a situation we can catch some big disease in the future. If you have to do something in your diet then first of all stop eating junk food because junk food is such a thing which gives you only calories and there is no nutrition of any kind in it. After stopping junk food, start eating simple food like dal, rice, rotis, vegetables. We should try to eat more natural food. If you consume too much packaged food, this can also be harmful for you because although it is shown that it has so much nutritional content but packaged food contains preservatives and sometimes some harmful chemicals which can give you some health related problems in the future.
Whether you are fat or thin or if your weight is increasing, then you need to exercise very much. Many people do this that when their weight increases, they start dieting as I just told you. If you do exercise instead of dieting, then you will get to see a good effect. Along with this, you will get to experience many changes. Even if your weight is normal and you do a desk job, then you still need to exercise in the morning and evening because if you do not do physical work, then the first problem you will face is digestion because your food will not be digested properly and the person whose food is not digested properly in the body starts getting many types of diseases. If you do any exercise for just half an hour in the morning, then first of all, energy remains in your body and this energy will help you to work throughout the day and along with this, a positive effect is also seen in your mental health. Even if you do simple jogging, it will be enough because it will exercise all your body parts and if you want a special shape in your body, then for that you will have to go to a gym trainer.

According to me, if you want to stay fit and fall sick less often, then if you are dieting, then avoid those things which are harmful for your body, especially junk food and along with this, eat all those things which provide nutrition to your body. If you exercise after eating all this, then your weight will remain balanced and your body will remain fit. Even today I have seen many people who neither do any workout nor take any special food, they work in their daily routine due to which they keep exercising and along with that when they eat simple food, then this thing makes them more fit.
Just a few days ago, I went to my friend's village with him and I saw that my friend's uncle and aunt lived there, who must be more than 75 years old. I stayed there for a day and saw their daily routine, then I realized how these people are really so fit. First of all, after waking up in the morning, they used to fetch water from a natural source of water far up and they used to bring about 15 to 20 liters of water at one time. After that, they used to go to the fields a little far away to graze their animals and spend about 1-2 hours there, after that they used to come home and cook food. They used to eat very simple and pure food, they used to use only those crops which were grown like green vegetables, pulses, rice and wheat. They had grown all these things in their fields and it used to be enough for them to eat. The advantage of growing all these things on your own farm is that you get absolutely pure grains and vegetables, because nowadays, many kinds of chemicals are being used in the grains and vegetables available in the market.
They did not have breakfast. They used to have lunch between 11:00 to 12:00 in the day. After that, they used to rest a little and then they used to go to the fields again in the evening and if they had vegetables, they used to water them, weed them or do any harvesting. Then they used to come home around 6:00 in the evening and after that they used to start making arrangements for dinner. In dinner also, people used to use vegetables which were grown in their fields and used to eat roti with it. You can see that people there used to eat food only twice a day and tried to eat natural food as much as possible. Then I understood that this is the secret behind why these people work so much even after such an age. The more you people stay connected with nature, the more you will benefit and nature will take care of you like a mother.
In the end, I would just like to say that nothing is more important than our health, so take care of your health because who has rightly said that health is wealth. Only when your health is good, you will be able to enjoy your life and do all your work carefully.
