Keep up and never give up sound like really optimistic words to say to kids. It’s really nice if to include that in your conversations with younger people.

Yes, I did include it most of the times, once i find out they need to hear it.
The deal is, words like that will make the kid's to have that understanding that they are doing something remarkable, which will make their life better.
People want to feel others got their back in what they do, it helps a lot, and make them to put in their best.
