Good omens / Buenos presagios - LOH #246 (eng-esp)

Hello, ladies!
I must confess that I do believe in magic, signs, and omens. Hence the title of my post, a tribute and reference to the book of the same name by Neil Gaiman and Terry Prachett.

The first time I saw my wife play the guitar, when we were still strangers, the first thing I thought was: "What a cute little witch." Immediately afterward, a phrase came to mind and I wrote it down, and that's how a poem emerged. Something told me I should do it.
The first time that had ever happened to me.
Of course, I saw it as a sign and let it carry me away. I told her so and read the poem to her. That's how the relationship that has lasted more than two years began.

My friends understood. But until they saw her play live in person, I didn't fully understand why I moved to this province with her.
I remind @juantomaskirk what he told me in Ciego de Ávila: Now I really understand why you moved.

It turns out I wasn't looking for anything, but this sign appeared, and I followed it.

My wife, @elviguitarra, is a witness to what I'm about to tell you: every time I need something for the family, I tell her so she can think about it, think about it, ask for it, and that's how we've been given everything we've needed.
@restaurador and @maylink are also witnesses to this, as we've talked about it.
It turns out Elvira is a witch with a lot of power, which she hasn't fully mastered yet.
Perhaps the most obvious sign I identified was one I discussed with my wife, another friend, and the singer Iraida Williams, pictured here in the following photo.

It turns out that one day, while we were talking, Iraida told us she needed money to buy something, although I don't quite remember what it was. So I told her to play the number 4 or 44.
I then explained that I had 444 pesos in my wallet that day. I had bought something that cost me $44. There were four of us talking at the time, and I had a bank balance of 4,444 pesos.
The sad thing is that the next day when he meets with Elvira, he tells her he didn't play the numbers, and they both come out on top.
He lost them, he stopped making money, because he didn't listen to me.
I do listen to all the signs I can identify and understand. Unfortunately, I don't understand some clues, or I don't realize it was a sign until it's too late.
But yes, I believe in magic very strongly.

Hola, muchachas!
Debo confesar que yo sí creo en la magia en las señales en los presagios. De ahí el título de mi post es un homenaje y una referencia al libro homónimo de Neil Gaiman y Terry Prachett.

La primera vez que vi a mi esposa tocar la guitarra, cuando aún éramos unos desconocidos, lo primero que pensé fue: “qué linda la brujita”. Acto seguido, me vino una frase a la mente y la escribí, y así surgió un poema. Algo me decía que debía hacerlo.
Primera vez que me sucedía aquello.
Claro que lo vi como una señal y me dejé llevar por ella. Así se lo dije y le leí el poema. De ese modo comenzó la relación que ya hoy tiene más de dos años.

Mis amigos me entendieron. Pero hasta que no la vieron tocar en vivo en persona, no entendía en a profundidad el porqué yo me mudé hacia esta provincia con ella.
Recuerdo a @juantomaskirk qué me dijo en Ciego de Ávila: ahora de verdad entiendo por qué te mudaste.

Resulta que yo no buscaba nada pero apareció esta señal y la seguí.

Mi esposa @elviguitarra, es testigo de esto que les voy a decir: cada vez que yo necesito algo para la familia, se lo digo a ella, para que ella lo intencione, para que ella lo piense, lo pida, y así se nos ha dado todo lo que hemos he necesitado.
@restaurador y @maylink también son testigos de esto último, ya que lo hemos conversado.
Resulta que Elvira es una bruja con mucho poder, que aún no ha dominado del todo.
Quizás la señal más evidente de las que identificado, la conversé con mi esposa, otra amiga y con la trovadora Iraida Williams, aquí en la foto siguiente.

Resulta que un día conversando, Iraida nos dice que le hace falta dinero para comprarse algo, aunque no recuerdo bien qué cosa era. Entonces le dije que jugara el número 4 o el 44.
Entonces le expliqué que ese día tenía 444 pesos en mi billetera, había comprado algo que me costó $44 éramos 4 los que nos encontrábamos conversando en aquel momento y tenía de saldo en el banco 4444 pesos.
Lo triste es que al día siguiente cuando se encuentra con Elvira, le dice que no jugó los números y los dos salieron.
Los perdió, dejó de ganarse el dinero, por no hacerme caso.
Yo sí hago caso a todas las señales que puedo identificar y comprender. Ya que, desgraciadamente, algunas pistas no las entiendo o no me doy cuenta que era una señal, hasta que ya es muy tarde.
Pero sí, creo en la magia con mucha fuerza.
