A dream that constantly evolves - LOH Contest #252 / Un sueño que evoluciona constantemente - Concurso LOH # 252 (eng-esp)

Hello, my friends.
I think today is the day I'm most excited to participate in the community to respond to my friend @jane1289's call and answer the question about what business I would start if given the opportunity.

My answer is mixed. Let me explain why.
Since I was a child, I've always wanted to have a farm. Yes, one of those in the middle of the countryside, idyllic, with a river running through it and a lagoon too.

That dream has evolved throughout my life. Now my farm needs to have space to house my cows, bulls, rams, sheep, and poultry, of course.
Here in Cuba, horses are still used to pull carts (known here as arrañas or coches) to transport people.

Well, my dream is to use the farm's profits to buy those horses and give them a shelter there, so they can run free. It would also serve as a shelter for dogs and cats.

All those who break my heart when I walk down the street would end their days living happily on my farm, receiving lots of love for the rest of their lives.

Such a large farm couldn't be maintained by me alone, so I'd have a very large house for the family who will help me take care of it. Of course, they'd have all the conditions to live comfortably.
A farm with various crops, livestock, all kinds of poultry, a river and a lagoon (for irrigation, fishing, and fish farming) could be perfectly self-sufficient in food.
Therefore, I'd also have the opportunity to partner with a chef to open a restaurant. I'd be in charge of management and supplies alone. But in return, we'd also serve some meals to people in need.
And, the crown jewel: my publishing house. My farm couldn't be without its own publishing house. With a communal house for writers who want to spend time in a peaceful, idyllic place to write.
The income from the estate would fund the publishing house and support talented writers. This last part was added in 2013, when I started writing.

My dream has continued to evolve, as I've delved into the art world since 2013 and have already turned this idyllic, thriving, idyllic place into something that supports art in all its forms.
Right now, I imagine myself funding art schools (or creating one) for guitar teaching, where my wife would give her concerts.

So, that would be my dream: a prosperous farm that would allow me to live off of it and for art. And this is just a summary, since I have everything very well planned in my mind… I even have the ideal location here in my country. However, it's a project that would work perfectly in any country.

Hola, amigas mías.
Creo que hoy es el día en que con mayor ilusión participo en la comunidad para responder al llamado de la amiga @jane1289 y contestar la pregunta sobre qué negocio pondría si me dieran la oportunidad.

Mi respuesta es mixta. Les explico el por qué.
Desde niño siempre quise tener una finca. Sí, de esas en medio del campo, idílica, con su río que la surque y una laguna también.

Ese sueño, a lo largo de mi vida ha ido evolucionando. Ahora mi finca debe tener espacio para albergar mis vacas, toros, carneros, ovejas y aves de corral, por supuesto.
Aquí en Cuba aún se utilizan los caballos para tirar de carretas (que aquí se le conocen como arañas o coches) para transportar personas.

Pues mi sueño es utilizar las ganancias de la finca para comprar a esos caballos y darle un refugio en ella, que corran libres por allá. También serviría de refugio para perros y gatos.

Todos esos que me parten el corazón cuando voy por la calle, terminarían sus días viviendo felizmente en mi finca, recibiendo mucho amor por el resto de su vida.

Una finca tan grande no podría ser mantenida solo por mí, así que en ella tendría una casa bien grande para la familia que me va a ayudar a atenderla. Por supuesto, tendrían todas las condiciones para vivir con comodidad.
Una finca con cultivos varios, ganado mayor y menor, aves de corral de todo tipo, río y laguna (para el regado, la pesca y piscicultura) se puede autoabastecer de alimentos, perfectamente.
Por tanto, también tendría la oportunidad de realizar una sociedad con algún chef para tener un restaurante. Yo me encargaría solo de la administración y abastecimiento. Pero a cambio, también serviríamos algunas comidas para personas necesitadas.
Y, la joya de la corona: mi editorial. En mi finca no podría faltar mi propia editorial. Con una casa colectiva para escritores que quieran pasar un tiempo en un lugar paradisiaco y tranquilo para escribir.
Los ingresos de la finca servirían para financiar la editorial y apoyar a los escritores con talento. Esta última parte se añadió desde el año 2013 en que comencé a escribir.

Mi sueño ha seguido evolucionando, pues desde el 2013 me he adentrado al mundo del arte y ya he convertido a este lugar paradisiaco, idílico y próspero en algo que apoye al arte en todas sus manifestaciones.
Ahora mismo me imagino financiando escuelas de arte (o creando una) para la enseñanza de la guitarra, donde mi esposa diera sus conciertos.

En fin, ese sería mi sueño: una finca bien próspera que me permitiera vivir de ella y para el arte. Y este es solo un resumen, puesto que lo tengo todo muy bien diseñado en mi mente… hasta tengo el lugar ideal aquí en mi país. Sin embargo, es un proyecto que funcionaría perfectamente en cualquier país.
