Neipa 15 de Dougall´s para el #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

En el #beersaturday de esta semana os enseño una colaboración española de mucha calidad entre dos de las cerveceras míticas del país.
Por un lado Dougall´s que con el clasicismo y la calidad por bandera se ha hecho un hueco en el corazón de todos los amantes de la cerveza artesana española. No he probado nada que no me haya gustado de ellos y siempre a un precio razonable. Algo que no todos pueden decir. Con la renovación en sus instalaciones, han incorporado las latas a su producción, aparcando los típicos botellines de cristal. Además están sacando al mercado nuevas recetas como esta que os muestro hoy.
Por otro lado está La quince. Una de las marcas más antiguas de España. Esta cervecera tiene la característica de ser nómada, es decir, alquila las instalaciones de otras marcas para elaborar sus cervezas o como en esta ocasión, realiza colaboraciones. Otra cervecera que no defrauda. Diseños muy originales en ocasiones ligados a series de televisión míticas como Bola de dragón y buena calidad.

Pues bien, de la unión de ambas sale esta NEIPA 15. Una cerveza que por el nombre indica que se trata de una IPA de corte moderno, turbia y afrutada pero que tiene muy buen amargor. Han dado un toque clásico al estilo.
6.8 º de alcohol muy bien integrados. Lúpulos: Strata, Citra, Idaho7, Mosaic y Simcoe. Potente aroma a melocotón, flores y resina. Su sabor ciertamente es afrutado pero con final seco y resinoso.
Gran cerveza en el que destaca especialmente el aroma.

In this week's #beersaturday, I'm showing you a high-quality Spanish collaboration between two of the country's legendary breweries.
On the one hand, Dougall's, which, with its classicism and quality as its hallmark, has earned a place in the hearts of all Spanish craft beer lovers. I haven't tried anything I didn't like from them, and it's always at a reasonable price. Something not everyone can say. With the renovation of their facilities, they've incorporated cans into their production, abandoning the typical glass bottles. They're also launching new recipes, like the one I'm showing you today.
On the other hand, there's La Quince, one of the oldest brands in Spain. This brewery has the characteristic of being nomadic, meaning it rents out other brands' facilities to brew its beers or, as in this case, collaborates with them. Another brewery that never disappoints. Highly original designs, sometimes linked to legendary television series like Dragon Ball, and excellent quality.

Well, the combination of the two creates NEIPA 15. The name suggests a modern IPA, cloudy and fruity, but with a very good bitterness. They've given the style a classic touch.
6.8% ABV, very well integrated. Hops: Strata, Citra, Idaho7, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Powerful aromas of peach, flowers, and resin. Its flavor is certainly fruity, but with a dry and resinous finish.
A great beer with a particularly striking aroma.
