Ces Viperes de Messorem para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro una joya líquida de Messorem. Desde Montreal. Se trata de su Ces Viperes. Una imperial IPA impecable y Magistral.

Messorem fue fundada en 2019 por Marc-André Filion, Sébastien Chaput y Vincent Ménard, tres amigos que se conocieron en la escena musical independiente de Montreal, y que como muchas otras marcas de cerveza artesana en todo el mundo, nació con el objetivo de crear cervezas para suministrarse ellos mismos. Pero su increíble calidad y buen hacer les han llevado mucho más lejos, ahora mismo están en boca de todos. Y es que ya no solo Messorem, sino la cerveza canadiense está en mi opinión en lo que a IPA se refiere, en la cima del mundo. Juntos con los americanos, eso sí. Son muchas las cerveceras del país que nos están impresionando a los amantes del lúpulo. Por ejemplo:

• Brasserie du Bas-Canada
• Bellwoods Brewery
• Third Moon Brewing
• Left Field Brewery
• Field House Brewing

... Y podría seguir así un buen rato. Y eso que solo he nombrado a las de más reciente creación.

Pero volviendo a Messorem y su Ces Viperes.
Pocas veces he encontrado una Imperial IPA con tanta finura como esta. 9.1º de Alcohol que se deslizan por tu gaznate con una cremosidad increíble. Muy sedosa y sabrosa. Con todo lo bueno de una NEIPA pero con ese final amargo que aporta el lúpulo fresco y que tanto nos gusta a los cerveceros. Una verdadera locura.
Los lúpulos empleados son : Citra, Galaxy, Strata y El Dorado. El aroma, que recuerda a una frutería tropical, es el preludio de la explosión de sabor posterior.

For this week's #beersaturday, I'm showing you a liquid gem from Messorem. From Montreal. It's their Ces Viperes. An impeccable and masterful imperial IPA.

Messorem was founded in 2019 by Marc-André Filion, Sébastien Chaput, and Vincent Ménard, three friends who met in Montreal's independent music scene. Like many other craft beer brands around the world, it was born with the goal of creating beers to supply themselves. But their incredible quality and craftsmanship have taken them much further; right now, they're on everyone's lips. And it's not just Messorem, but Canadian beer, in my opinion, is at the top of the world when it comes to IPAs. Along with the Americans, that is. There are many breweries in the country that are impressing us hop lovers. For example:

  -Field House Brewing

...And I could go on for a while. And I've only mentioned the most recent creations.

But back to Messorem and its Ces Viperes.
I've rarely found an Imperial IPA with such finesse as this one. 9.1% ABV glides down your throat with incredible creaminess. Very silky and flavorful. With all the goodness of a NEIPA but with that bitter finish provided by the fresh hops that we brewers love so much. Truly insane.
The hops used are: Citra, Galaxy, Strata, and El Dorado. The aroma, reminiscent of a tropical fruit shop, is the prelude to the subsequent explosion of flavor.

One of the best beers I've tried this year.
