Nueva cervecera americana que descubrí en el aniversario de mi bar de referencia, "El Beer corner" de Zaragoza. No había probado nada de estos chicos de Marengo, en Ohio.
Siempre es un lujo poder probar cerveza artesana traída de Estados Unidos, y si es con la frescura que nos tienen acostumbrados todavía más, y es que el lúpulo tiene muy mal envejecer y enseguida pierde propiedades.

Tremendo bombazo de cerveza. Es muy difícil elaborar una cerveza de tanta graduación sin que el alcohol se apodere de todos los sabores y se los lleve por delante. En esta ocasión no es así, y está perfectamente integrado. El sabor a fruta de hueso maduro combina a la perfección con el potente sabor y amargor del lúpulo. Las maltas muy resinosas hacen estragos en tu paladar y la cerveza termina con un sutil toque a uva blanca característico del lúpulo Nelson Sauvi.
En resumen una cerveza peligrosa y muy sabrosa.
New American brewery that I discovered on the anniversary of my reference bar, "El Beer corner" in Zaragoza. I hadn't tried anything from these guys from Marengo, Ohio.
It is always a luxury to be able to try craft beer brought from the United States, and if it is with the freshness that we are accustomed to, even more so, since hops have a very bad time aging and quickly lose their properties.

Tremendous beer bomb. It is very difficult to make a beer of such strength without the alcohol taking over all the flavors and taking them away. This time it is not like that, and it is perfectly integrated. The flavor of ripe stone fruit combines perfectly with the powerful flavor and bitterness of hops. The very resinous malts wreak havoc on your palate and the beer ends with a subtle touch of white grapes characteristic of Nelson Sauvi hops.
In short, a dangerous and very tasty beer.
