Welcome To Hive

First off I would have to say a warm welcome to new users onboarding the great platform called Hive. It's always a pleasure to have them around and I hope they will have a nice time exploring and navigating the platform too.

Hive is just like a home far away from home and this is because in hive you can actually meet with various personalities, make friends, create bonds, and much more. Though it's a virtual world, there is just that freedom to meet up and have more good times with people.

I remembered my first time onboarding given it was just like yesterday, but I could recall how I quickly grabbed the ways of the platform. I made one mistake when I first joined which I later got to make corrections on. It wasn’t too late before I could get it done.

The mistake I made is that I would love to advise new members joining to make sure they put into play before anything. Money is a driving force to a successful ministry, but I would love it if they don’t come on with the money mindset at first.

My advice for newbies joining Hive is to focus on ENGAGEMENT.

Engagement is surely the key to a long-lasting platform. Without engagement then I guess all of the rest is just a battle without meaning. Engagement breeds relationship, connection, confidence, and even comfort in any platform one happens to find themselves.

Joining Hive the first thing they should put in mind is the mindset of engagement. Instead of just making more posts each day in different communities, they should channel that energy towards reaching out to others' posts and engage honestly and politely.

One of the advantages they will get from engagement is that they will be noticed. Since they are the new ones joining, it's their right to try getting themselves attached to existing users. From there they will get the recognition they deserve. They can’t expect existing users who already have a larger base to start finding them always.

That’s the way each platform works, even life itself is no different. The lower ranks seek from those ahead of them. With engagement, you can learn more about the community, the rules, and policies before dropping your posts into the community which might lead to penalties if care is not taken.

This was something I was able to learn with time. And lastly, I would like to advise that after engagement if they get to be themselves and have found a path to thread, then they should be too true to their actions, try avoiding plagiarism as much as possible, and also respect community rules and regulations.
