The importance of exercise and dieting.
Health Is Wealth
It is said that “health is indeed wealth” and there is no doubt or argument about that. The more you keep your health in check, the more you have the strength to work and accumulate wealth. If you don't care for your health but are more focused on making money, then I regret to say that at the end of it all you might end up spending all of the money you accumulate on your health.
I wasn’t surprised when I watched Tony Elumelu, one of Nigeria's wealthiest business tycoons on YouTube. He was doing constant workouts, exercising his body, and telling the advantages of doing it. He is rich though, so he has to keep his physique intact and smart, and yeah that’s the best one can do for himself.
The weird part is to see someone trying to mimic him and then have some exercise routine, maybe daily. What they didn’t get clear was that it's not only by exercise he got that kind of fitness he wanted, there are also some other requirements he does.
Exercise is important and good for your health, but it should also be determined by how you diet. The kind of food you eat plays a great role in your fitness. You can't keep eating fatty foods and expect to have yourself slim or have tummy burns. Those who are so addicted to alcohol or overfeeding can't have the kind of physical appearance they want. No matter how much they exercise.
At times exercising oneself without the proper diet could lead to health issues and imbalances. There was a time when I felt like I wanted to fight against my big belly. I wanted it to get more flat and slim. So I downloaded the exercise app and started practicing it.
What I realized was that the exercise was somewhat effective, I felt the impact in my belly, my packs, and my waist. But after some time I had to eat something as I was hungry. If I had known I should have just taken something light and slept that day.
The only food available to eat that evening was a swallow meal. So I had no choice but to eat it. It was prepared so deliciously and I enjoyed it so I ate it to my satisfaction.
After a few minutes, I realized I started to have stomach pains. The pains got worse to the extent that I had to visit the pharmacy for medications. The next day when I was about to start exercising myself, I found out that my stomach wasn't the same as I had the day before.
I had already eaten something so heavy that morning. I was unable to exercise myself with it. Then I realized the importance of dieting before and after exercise.
Someone who wants to jog a long distance does need to know the kind of diet they would take before they begin. All of these are what would contribute to having a healthy body at the end of the exercise and giving them a good result.

Trying to imitate someone's way of losing weight may just be the start of a more worse experience than you expect.
It's best to figure out what works best for you and stick with that.
You just opened my eyes to one silent reality. Exercise without the right diet could lead to some complications.... imbalance.

If you exercise, then you need a nutritious diet along with it because if you reduce your food intake, then your body has to bear its very bad effects. Dieting should always be done of those things which only make our body obese. However, if something is providing you nutrients, then its excessive consumption can also be harmful for you, so it is very important to take a balanced diet regularly.

What I used to tell people, do you want a flat tummy and eat heavy food around 11pm every night? Chocolate and ice cream is your best🤷 No flat tummy for you. Abeg!
Keeping feet is an intentional practice. You have to put everything that affects it in people check.
Taking Tony Elumelu as an example. Being wealthy can come as an opposing factor for keeping fit to those who are not intentional, because one doesn't stress to walk long distances, probably would be under air conditioner meaning he or she does not get to sweat often, had the power to take whatever meal he or she wants.
Being intentional is purposely going through some stress to sweat out, working out and consciously watching one's food intake
For good health and good life these are the two things we should carry in our life. If we exercise and have a good diet, we can stay healthy.
