Hmmn. My question is the egg that will be used for the surrogacy who will have it?! Don’t you think the person that bear the child might claim the child In future. Though there is agreement but can’t it be reliable

I know of the one where the egg and sperm belongs to the couples the surrogate is just like a container that helps carry since the woman cannot carry.
And there are some that the egg and sperm are donations and it's being put in the surrogate .
And also there is another that the surrogate agrees to use her egg. So there are legals terms backing this thing
