Procrastination Is A Thief Of Time.

Living life is one thing; surviving is another. You can survive each day but not live the kind of life you want. I think that's just normal and part of the mystery of life. The multidimensionality of life is why we struggle each day to make ends meet. If we knew what the future holds for us, then we might not have to stress ourselves that much and just head straight to the point.

Recently I have been living my life on a low. Trying to train myself on how to conceive patience and endurance. No one will actually come to give that to you. You just have to build yourself towards it.

Life unfolds and there are times when there is nothing we can do about it. As a business owner I have faced a lot of difficulties and hardships in my journey, but that never became a reason to relent. Instead, I tried to take it as an inspiration to get better and become a better version of myself.

We can’t have a perfect life. If we are given the opportunity to make a choice of the kind of home, parents, country and family backgrounds we want. I am 100% sure that many will immediately swap everything about them.

Poverty!

If there is one thing I can take away from my life then I am surely taking out poverty. I have not experienced extreme poverty in my life, but I have seen a lot of it. I have seen a lot of people dwell in extreme poverty and I will never pray for it.

I don’t know much about what it takes to live rich, I am not from a wealthy background but I have also seen a lot of people dwell in extreme wealth and maybe at some point they might not have the freedom they want but they can do whatever they want with their wealth. That’s the power of money.

It's good to have money, and I don't wish to have it in the extreme. I just want to live a good life and have enough money to spend in abundance, enough to pass down to generations to come. This can be done when you have money and not poverty.

Most times it's not that some people are not meant to live happily. The reason why they find happiness in something and so difficult to remain happy is that they don't have enough to live the kind of life they want.

No one is an enemy of luxuries, no one doesn’t like to explore places and have toured around the globe. Who doesn’t like to live big? But once there is poverty in the picture it is always a mission that will remain unattainable.

I am working hard every day, putting my best in what I do, trying all my best, learning from mistakes and also praying not to dwell in poverty. This is more of a reason why I have been waging a personal war with procrastination.

Procrastination.

They call it a thief of time. And the fun fact is that time waits for no one. If you decide to waste your time, then the wasted time is gone and will never surface ever again.

I am not the lazy type and I have learned to practice time consciousness in my day-to-day activities. But there are times when procrastination will surface. I will have to struggle with all I have to do. I just feel reluctant from within and find myself not doing anything worth my time.

When I value the wasted time and the time I need to do what I have procrastinated I feel bad about myself. Only if I had utilized my time wisely then I won't have gotten myself into the mess I am. Those regretful moments are what makes me learn better how to battle it. I am glad I have been better over time.
