News šŸ—žļø Hourā€¦

Yesterday, I visited one of my bosses, where I had trained. I was surprised he couldnā€™t hear me knock on the gate for long. Then I had to make a call to reach out to him. When he picked me up, I told him I had been at the gate for some time. He was sorry and apologized to me.

He said, ā€œDon't mind me. I got carried away by this new update I am listening to.ā€ I realized he just got a big music box that has the function of a radio. He was used to listening to the news update from his small phone before. But now I think he got something better.

We all have different ways of obtaining information. That was just his way and something he realized could give him ease. To some, they don't fancy listening to the radio. All they preferred was to get a newspaper. There are times when I see some people gather at a spot. Then they all have papers in their hands.

Some enjoy it that way as they can also gather more information from peopleā€™s discussions and arguments. There are times when news just tends to go viral. This type of news is most times spread by all means available.

Last week I went to our market to get something in preparation for my trip the next day. It was on a Tuesday evening. When I got to the market I realized the market was so crowded with selling and buying. Then I heard a lady advertise her market by announcing that there would be a curfew the next day, so everyone should come and buy whatever they want from her store now.

Listening to that, I already grabbed that information immediately. Then I told those at home on call that something would be happening the next day so they should try and get prepared. I am sure the way I told them they would also spread it to some other people too.

The fun fact is that I wasnā€™t the only one who heard it; many must have done the same too. And so the news keeps spreading. The next day when I was traveling I passed by the marketplace and then I realized that there was no single shop open. Then the news I heard was from the right source.

Those types of news arenā€™t broadcasted on radio stations or broadcasted on TV stations. But there is just a natural way it spreads. Another one is the demise of an individual. It spreads so quickly without the aid of any broadcast channel.

So when it comes to listening to the news. I am not the type that truly fancies listening to the news or reading newspapers. But most times I try to listen to the news going on around me and from sources I know that they listen to the news. This is one way I get to keep myself updated.

I know with time I would also get to listen to news updates. But for now, I am not even anywhere close to reading newspapers or even listening to the radio. The last time I listened to the radio I slept off till the radio went off. šŸ˜‚.

Now that radio must have gotten tired since you left it and slept offšŸ˜šŸ˜.

Some news from natural sources travels faster than the ones on the radio or television, just like the news from the market, in cases like this, it might have also been false but then it was true.

The last time I saw people gathered was when I went to the market. I saw a crowd gathered around a newspaper related to sports news.

To be sincere, sometimes, news can spread naturally without any broadcast from any channels, but this news may come out to be authentic.

Although, I love listening to the radio or watching it on the TV. These, I believe, are authentic news that can never be fake
